Welcome to the very first "using your stash" challenge!
Question: How many sheets of alphabet stickers do you own?
Answer: HOLY SCRAP ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? I used to buy every sheet of alphabet stickers I could FIND, and now they're all sitting in a drawer happily not being used! Don't even get me STARTED on the rub-ons...
Whoa there, Scrappy, slow the heck down! We're gonna cover rub-ons soon, but for now, let's explore the many uses of alphabet stickers, k? :)
There's the same-stuff-different-day-method of using these staples, which basically consists of peeling them off the packaging and sticking them on your page, right? Been there, done that.
BUT have you...
1. Made them fuzzy?
We've put several different kinds of textured alphabet stickers in our kits, and right now, textures are HOT. Velvet, flocking, vinyl, foam, felt - if you can touch it and rub it, it's a trendy thing, right?
The next time you're looking for a fun title with a little dimension, put some "dry" adhesive on the face (top) of your alphabet stickers. You can run them through a Xyron, use a Tombow, Dotto or other dry adhesive on top of them, or some glue that stays tacky without being wet.
Grab something fuzzy - an old sweatshirt, piece of felt fabric, yarn, wool, or other transferable medium - and rub it over the adhesive on the letters. The "fuzz" will rub off onto the top of your letters, and you've instantly transformed your boring old alphabet letters into something dimensional and textured!
2. Added some bling?
You know you wanna. Go over the tops with some Stickles or Art Glitter for a little dazzle. Want them to pop even more? Attach them to the page with 3D foam adhesive!
3. Shadowed them?
Stick 'em on some cardstock. Cut around each letter, leaving a 1/4" border. Attach them to your page with 3D foam adhesive for some dimension!
4. GLAZED 'em?
Use some Diamond Glaze! Diamond Glaze will give your letters a clear, shiny "topcoat" and it makes them 3-dimensional! Careful, though - it takes awhile to dry.

oh oh oh!
using them for masking!
just slap them down, paint over them and then peel them up... good times.
love doing that... uses them up and you can use all your mismatched ones without feeling like it's too chaotic...
I love the fuzzy idea too. I will have to try that one out.
